      Our Expert View

      A mixture of 4 different wavelengths, red light therapy is proven to work on rebuilding elastin and collagen production in your skin.

      The 4 wavelengths: red, red/amber, amber and infrared are able to reach deep into your layers of skin to really tackle the issue of ageing skin better than any cream or facial.

      What's more, it is safe and gentle for all skin types and all skin tones and it's easy to use too. You simply move in c-shaped motions around areas of your face. A full-face philosophy, it works on your crow's feet, forehead, "11" lines, cheeks, lip lines and jaw lines.

      

      4 Wavelengths

      The Quasar MD Pure Rayz for Wrinkles is made with 4 different wavelengths and combine to give a myriad of skincare benefits.

      Red LED

      The red light is beneficial for all skin types. It is proven to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, smooth your skins texture, improve its elasticity and increase circulation as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

      Red & Red/Amber LEDs

      Including some of the same benefits as the red LED light like flushing waste from your skin, it focuses on treating redness, flushing and rosacea. Not only does it help increase cellular growth, it is calming and soothing.

      Infrared LEDs

      The difference between Red, Red/Amber LEDs and Infrared LEDs is that you cannot see the Infrared as it is invisible. It penetrates the skin deeper than a Red LED, reaching deep into soft tissues. Once the light from the LEDs hits your skin, the light energy is absorbed by the cell and kick-starts your biology's processes.

      Additional Information
      SETUP
      1. Insert the power plug into the bottom of the Pure Rayz tool.
      2. Plug the power supply into the wall.
      3. Press the On/Off switch to make sure tool is functional.
      Note: The 10 white LEDs (5 on the right and 5 on the left) in the illustration are infrared LEDs and will appear to be off even though they are working. You cannot see infrared light with the naked eye.
      TREATMENT REGIMEN
      Treatment is three (3) minutes in each area you are treating five (5) days per week for the first eight (8) weeks. The Pure Rayz tool is cleared for use up to five days per week for the first eight weeks. There is a risk, however, of drying and redness of the skin. If this occurs, please reduce treatments by one day per week until dryness subsides. After the initial treatment period of eight weeks, you should treat once per week or as needed to ensure that collagen and elastin production remains active and that your skin retains its healthy, youthful glow.
      TEST FOR LIGHT SENSITIVE SKIN
      1. Place the Pure Rayz tool directly on your arm. Turn on the tool and move it slowly in the area for the full three-minute cycle.
      2. If you have pain or redness, you may have light sensitive skin.
      TREATMENT STEPS
      1. Start by cleansing your face.
      2. If you choose to use a serum, apply at this time.
      3. Place the Pure Rayz tool gently on the skin in the first area you are treating. Note: Do not place the tool directly over the eyelids and keep your eyes closed when treating around the eyes.
      4. Move the tool in a slow circular or sweeping motion. Treat within the area for three (3) minutes until the tool emits a soft tone and the tool shuts off.
      5. Turn the tool back on and repeat until all areas have been treated.
      TIPS FOR USE When treating around the eyes, use a “C” motion around the left eye and a REVERSE “C” motion around the right eye.
      Place the tool on your eyebrow and move the tool in a slow “C” motion or reverse “C” motion around the eye (eyebrow, corner of eye and directly under the eye). This will treat the forehead, ”11” lines, crow’s feet, under the eye and the cheek. When treating the bottom of the face, use a left to right “sweeping” motion across the bottom of your face and directly over your lips.
      Contraindications: If you are using medication that increases light sensitivity, please consult a doctor before using Baby Quasar.

      No major effects

      Been using this for 3 weeks now, but so far no major changes. There is a bit of tightness around my eyes ( previously noticeably lax) but i think more time is needed for major results throughout the face.

      I just hope LED Therapy wont cause melasma like what others have encountered.

      Don’t expect miracles but does help

      I haven’t seen a huge reduction in wrinkles but I this help calm down my redness ever so slightly. The product is light-weight and therefore easy to travel. I was however disappointed that the device itself feels cheap, given how much I paid for it. Don’t expect miracles but it is an a nice addition to a skincare routine. Furthermore, I’m sure if the wavelengths used in this device are scientifically proven to be beneficial. Wavelengths needs to be exact and not in ranges to effectively work.

      Amazing

      I love this device, it's so easy to use and I can see it's already making a visible difference to my skin. It appears clearer and smoother and I've definitely noticed a difference in my wrinkles after just 3 weeks, can't wait to see the results I'll get over more time.

      Great results

      I saw some great results from this device after just a few weeks. My fine lines and dark spots already look much better and my skin is much younger and fresher looking. Would recommend to others.
