      Different model was delivered

      I have ordered the Firming Massage Head which is in white for Clarisonic Smart Profile Uplift Device. A Firming massage head in purple for another model was delivered instead. I have sent enquiry about it and I was told that since I have opened the brush head that CurrentBody is not able to accept the returned. This item was not even sealed in the first place. I would not be able to know that it was another model if I didn't open it. Unacceptable approach and answer from the Customer Service. Their issue became my problem:(

      I'm really sorry to hear that you received the wrong item! I can see that our customer service team have spoken to you and issued you with a refund for this packing error.

      Clarisonic brush heads are packaged in boxes which do not have sticky seals on them. All of our products are unused and new.

      SUPERB Currentbody Service!! Wonderful Customer Care....GREAT Prices....and SUPERFAST Delivery.

      How delighted I am that I discovered this amazing company!! I ordered this Massage Head and another brush head - and received them THE NEXT DAY, via Hermes!! What an incredible service Currentbody!! especially during lockdown!! I commend and thank you so much for this incredible service.

      Many people have spent A LOT of money purchasing Clarisonic Devices......they're not cheap!! To now find that Clarisonic have closed their business was shocking to me. What about their loyal customers, who will need replacement brush heads, etc.? IF Currentbody have THEIR heads screwed on (pardon the pun), they can step in here......and secure a great business opportunity, supplying the huge Clarisonic customer market with NECESSARY Clarisonic consumables. Are replacement heads going to be ALWAYS available here Currentbody? I see some Clarisonic devices are still on sale, so I would hope so. Imagine buying a car for which no spare parts were available!! It just would not continue to run!!

      What's also good is......Currentbody's prices. The company is NOT exploiting customers by charging higher prices for Clarisonic consumables....what a pleasant change. If Currentbody can keep their prices real low......they will reap the rewards by securing ongoing sales from constantly returning and re-purchasing customers. When you've bought a Clarisonic for a few hundred pounds.....you want to use it for a good few years. If parts become expensive - customers may stop using a device. It…

      Feels good

      I have not used yet with consistency but it feels good and helps with absorption of serums and moisturizers. If I get lifting and firming that will be a bonus !
