      Step 1: Find an open and comfortable space. We recommend a bed or stable flat surface.

      Step 2: Place your towel insert into the blanket. If desired, now is the time to change into loose fitting clothing.

      Step 3: Plug your controller into the blanket, and plug the controller into the power socket. Press your device on.

      Step 4: Press the TIME adjustment buttons + or - to set your desired infrared sauna duration. The default setting is 60 minutes. Adjust to your desired temperature. Then select START.

      Step 5: Relax into your infrared blanket. Ideal for listening to music, guided meditation or a podcast to enhance your experience.

      Step 6: Once complete, remove the towel insert, unplug your device and wipe clean before next use.

      Expert Advice: For first use, we recommend starting on a lower temperature. You can gradually increase the setting up as you acclimatise to your sessions. We also recommend sipping water during your session, and drinking a glass post-sauna treatment to replenish your body’s hydration levels.

      Turn the device off and unplug from any power source. Wipe the tops of the LED’s with alcohol wipes or a damp cloth to remove any residue after each use. Clean the device body by using a damp or microfibre cloth—the microfibre storage bag can be used for cleaning and polishing. Allow the device to dry completely prior to use.

      Do not use chemical or alcohol based cleaners on the exterior as harsh chemicals may discolour the metallic panels.

      We recommend wearing loose clothes alongside your cotton towel to absorb any sweat released during your session and provide comfort while lying on top of the heat source.

      I love it

      Is quite good. I do feel a lot better and optimistic about it and when I used. I also see improvement on my weight I feel I lost weight.

      I used almost every day to be onest . I love it . I'm not sure if is OK to use so often but I do. I make a,break when I'm on my period or one day between the two or three day . I love it . Is great . Thank you Currentbody

      Not for me

      Unfortunately, the sauna blanket did not suit me, therefore I had to return.

      I believe the other blankets have multiple reviews so may look into this again at a later stage.

      As always, CB customer service was excellent when processing the refund, I have LED other products from the company and I am more than pleased with those products.

      Great for recovery!

      The CurrentBody Skin Infrared Sauna Blanket has become an essential part of my training recovery. While practising good recovery can be boring, the sauna blanket has me looking forward to winding down after my workouts and feeling ready for the next one. I would definitely recommend it!

      I'm completely obsessed!

      It's literally like having a spa day at home. During and after I always feel so relaxed and it does wonders for achy muscles. I even play a sound bath or meditation while I’m in there to double the relaxation. Definitely recommend, plus It’s so easy to use!!
