Wherever possible we aim to ship all EU orders from our EU warehouse, where this is not possible some items may face delivery delays but all customs import and duties will be paid for you.

Please be aware there may be shipping delays due to border restrictions and Covid local lockdown rules.

Express deliveries are made by either UPS or P2P aiming to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days. 

If you are ordering multiple products including items on pre-order, your items may be delivered separately. However, you will only pay one delivery charge. 

 

Returns

Due to the restrictions that we're currently facing around COVID-19, please be aware that there may be a slight delay. However, be assured that we aim to process all requests as quickly as possible.

Changed your mind? If you wish to cancel your order, please contact sales@currentbody.com. Please note that this is not always possible due to the quick turnaround in our warehouse. If the order has already been shipped, this will be returned under the 30 day returns policy and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Wish to return? If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item(s). If the item is new and unused, with all the original accessories, packaging and manufacturing seals intact, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs incurred.

For a number of brands, including Tria, SmoothSkin and NuFACE, we offer a 90-day money back guarantee. Full details of this return policy are mentioned on each product page and it is only applicable to devices. 

All of our devices offer a 2 Year Warranty period as standard, which can be managed directly with our customer service team.

We will aim to process your return in up to 7 days of receiving your parcel. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Following this, we advise that it usually takes 5 days for your account to be credited with the refund, however, some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to your parcel in transit.

In the event of a return, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the product.

A selection of countries offer consumers the opportunity to reclaim import taxes and duties. However, this requires a personal application to your local government or authority and we are unable to support this process.
