We offer a wide range of flexible delivery options to have your products delivered when it suits you.

Delivery

Express delivery - within 2 - 5 working days

All orders destined for the European market will be shipped from our EU warehouse where possible. Where this is not possible, unfortunately some items may experience delays in delivery, however any import duties and taxes will be covered by us, and there are no further costs to you.

A selection of countries offer consumers the possibility to reclaim import duties and taxes. However, this requires a personal application to your local government or authority and we are unable to support this process.

If you order a number of products or they are on pre-order, your order may arrive in several deliveries. However, we will only charge you one shipping fee.

 

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email that you will receive once your order leaves our warehouse. You will be able to check your order on the website of the shipping service corresponding to the selected shipping method.

 

Returns

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to your package during transit.

We offer a 2-year warranty on a range of products, which can be managed directly with our customer service team HERE for any technical faults experienced. This excludes Refreshed NuFACE devices which come with a 6-month warranty period and Refreshed Tria Devices which come with a 12-month warranty period.

Changed your mind? If the item is new and unused, with all original accessories, packaging, and manufacturing seals intact, you will be eligible for a full refund and have 30 days to return your item. Please note that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs incurred.

For several brands, including SmoothSkin and NuFACE, we offer a 90-day money back guarantee. Full details of this return policy are listed on each product PAGE and apply to the devices only.

With limited edition models, we will do our best to replace the device with the same model if stock is available. Otherwise, we will replace the device with the standard model.

We will endeavour to process your return within 5 working days of receiving your package. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund or replacement. It may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. However, some payment service providers and payment types may take up to 14 days to credit your account.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact sales@currentbody.com. Please note that this is not always possible due to the quick turnaround in our warehouse. If the order has already been shipped, this will be returned under the 30 day returns policy and shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that we are unable to accept opened and/or used intimate devices due to hygiene reasons.
