    This acupressure pillow has nearly 2 times as many nails as other pillows for a more comfortable treatment since your bodyweight is spread more evenly.

    Use with the Bed of Nails Acupressure Mat or other Bed of Nails Acupressure Pillows for bespoke acupressure at home.

    Step 1: Lay your pillow on the floor, your bed or a chair.

    Step 2: Press your body against or lay on top of the Bed of Nails Acupressure Pillow to begin treatment. Use on bare skin or with clothing.

    Useful addition to other Bed of Nails items

    I tend to use this in the small of my back. Haven’t used it for my neck as I think it’s a bit rigid being foam so you can’t manipulate the shape. I find all of the Bed of Nails products very helpful and I feel they definitely help with my back pain meaning less painkillers which is good! They’re also strangely addictive & I use one or the other daily whether I have pain or not. Wouldn’t be without them now!
