Product

When I received the product it was obvious it was used and returned. The packaging to the actual product, not the box it came in, was ripped open and taped shut. Because I needed it for a birthday present I kept it. When my granddaughter took it out and examined it, it had dirt on the top of the brush. I wanted to return it since I payed EXTRA for it as it was a limited edition by she insisted on keeping it. We cleaned it and it works good so I give it a 3 for that reason.
