We’ve used this mat every day since purchase. Lovely and warm for the back and joints. Easy to use, you just need a place for it as it’s heavy to move. The pulsed electromagnetic field with a choice of four settings, gives a deeply relaxing but rejuvenating effect: excellent for mental as well as physical health.

I like to use the mat 20 minutes before heading to bed or any time during the day when I need to take time out for myself. It’s easy to fold up and pack into the case that came with the mat, and take on weekends away.

This has been my favorite purchase I have made in a long time. I decided to get this after looking at the sauna blanket during the black friday sale, thinking I would get more use out of it. I look forward to using it everyday, sometimes several times a day. I struggle in the winter months, not being able to be outside due to the cold. The negative ions working with the crystals and infrared soothes and warms me all around. I use it while meditating, or just to feel better overall. It has been a game changer this winter, and has made this winter tolerable. I highly recommend this mat. It is so well made, the quality is impressive. I love it!
