    What are Kegels?

    Kegels are exercises you can do to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.

    Your pelvic floor muscles support your urethra, bladder, uterus, and rectum.

    Named after Arnold Kegel, a gynaecologist, he recommended them to help women with urinary incontinence, or diminished bladder control, which can happen after childbirth back.

    Contraindications:

    If you have confirmed you are pregnant or have given birth within the past 12 months, consult your health care provider about the safety of exercising with KegelSmart. Use only as directed - inserted vaginally to guide you through pelvic floor exercising. Don't use if you have symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease, pelvic infection or any inflammation of the pelvic area.

    Next level training for pelvic floor

    This is just next level training for your pelvic floor. The results are much stronger pelvic floor. I feel like a pro in doing kegels with this product. I started with the smallest weight but I will level it up later. This is just fine for me right now, since I just started.

    Great little helpers

    If all the exercises I do were as easy as these and showing results this fast, life would be so much easier 😊 I wish I had these little helpers after I gave birth to my first child, but I learned that its never too late to start.

    Lovely and healthy experience

    My doctor recommended exercises and I was looking for a product. I chose this 28g exerciser because I was a beginner. I have been exercising on a regular basis and the product is a lot of help. It has strengthened my muscles quite a lot and my bladder problem is almost gone. It is a lovely ball, very soft ,smooth. A health product that also gives pleasure.
