      Ultising effective EMS (electrical muscle stimulation), the device is designed to help your dormant muscles to contract and relax. The result? A significantly more toned stomach area without spending hours in the gym.

      This smart EMS technology device is combined with a recommended 23-minute training programme, to give you the body you want in less time.

      Cristiano Ronaldo's very own personal training method is installed in the training programme of the device. The programme implements the warm up and cool down phases of training, which is recommended as the essential stages needed to accelerate results. Based on these recommendations, the device automatically adjusts the intensity throughout the programme when needed.

      CMM pulse core technology

      SIXPAD harnesses EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) technology at the optimal frequency of 20hz, to help you build and tone your abdominal muscles. This type of EMS is the brand's CMM Pulse Core Technology, which is revolutionising how athletes train.

      How exactly does it work?

      Your muscles are composed of tiny fibres, these are referred to as slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscle. Your fast-twitch muscles require lots of heavy, consistent training and are much harder to work. The EMS technology is designed to allow you to work your fast-twitch muscle fibres effectively, even under a light load.

      Step 1: Apply the SIXPAD AbsFit Gel Sheets

      Step 2: Fasten the AbsFit 2 around your waist

      Step 3: Adjust the power to your desired level

      Step 4: Start your 23-minute training programme

      Track your progress

      Connect your AbsFit 2 to the SIXPAD app to track your progress, you can view track and save your training results, plus receive tips and advice to help you stay motivated.

      The app is available for download in China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, South Korea, Spain and the United Kingdom.

      Persons with a bone disorder, such as osteoporosis
      Persons with abnormal blood pressure
      Persons whose skin is irritated by gel sheets
      Persons experiencing any specific physical abnormalities
      Persons receiving treatment from a medical institution

      Disappointed

      Only been using for a couple of weeks and the gel stick on pads are already nearly scrap, for the money you should get a good supply of spare pads if they are not long lasting !
