I have very mature skin and chose the Golden gel as my best option. Of course I cannot prove how much of the appearance of my skin is down to the Halo itself and how much is because of the gel. I can only say that I see a skin improvement. However, there are warnings that this gel is not suitable for sensitive skin. In my case, that has not been an issue and my skin tolerates it very well.
