Step 1: Apply toothpaste to the damp FOREO ISSA Mini 3 electric toothbrush head and place in your mouth.
Step 2: Use the built-in timer to make sure your teeth are brushed for the full 2 minutes.
Step 3: Flip it upside down and brush your tongue and inside your cheeks for a further minute.
Step 4: Rinse your mouth and the silicone toothbrush with just water.
